CISOA STATEMENT ON DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION
CISOA aspires to be an inclusive, anti-racist organization through cultivating and expanding a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion both within our organization and the IT operations our members represent. We believe our strength as a system comes from our diversity and the best way to innovate and meet the challenges of the future is through an IT workforce that represents the background, individuality, and beliefs of the students we are here to support. CISOA is committed to supporting its members in dismantling systemic racist structures that have a direct impact on our students and employees. We strive to be welcoming organization that embraces and promotes a sense of belonging for everyone in our community.
