- Attend three weekend meetings
- Attend meetings at two conferences
- Attend four meetings with assigned mentors
- Perform analysis of personality traits, skills and abilities
- Complete assigned case studies (prior to weekend events) with a grade of Satisfactory or higher
- Participate in mock interviews

- Arrange for payment of:
- The attendance fee ($2,150 for California Community College applicants; $2,450 for all other applicants, non-refundable)
- All meal, hotel, and travel costs (airlines, ground transportation, etc.). The program will provide one lunch during each weekend meeting. Breakfast may be provided through the hotel.
